Yes, all orders above $300 will receive Free Ground Shipping to the continental U.S. If you request a different service, you would only pay the difference.

If you order between M-F before 1pm, your order most likely will ship the same day. All other orders will ship the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Yes, we ship worldwide. In order to receive a quote you need to:

1. Add to cart all the items you wish to purchase.

2. During checkout, the system will provide you with an estimate based on the weight of the items in your cart.

3. If you agree with this estimate then you can proceed to enter your payment and submit your order.

When we receive your order and pack it, we recalculate shipping based on actual weight and volume of the box or boxes. Most of the time the original estimate is accurate but sometimes the actual estimate is lower and we of course will readjust your shipping cost to less. We pass any and all shipping discounts to our customers.

Back-ordered items are those which are not currently in-stock in our warehouse but are in transit from our manufacturing facility. They will soon be available for shipping.

We only back-order when we are expecting to have the items back in stock within 14 days from the day of your order. If the item will be delayed longer, we will cancel it and you will not be charged. We do not charge back-orders until the day they ship. You will receive a notification of shipment.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. Paypal, ApplePay and all major credit cards are accepted.
