If your purchase arrived damaged, or if items in your order do not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
In the case of new items that didn’t meet your expectations, we will accept the return if the items are new, unused, clean and with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will receive a Return Authorization Code that you must include when returning the merchandise. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returns, no exceptions. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items will be replaced promptly.
If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please report it to the carrier so they can make a note of it. Take a picture of the damaged box and report it to us immediately to info@parisianpet.com so we can address it with the carrier as well. Inspect the box carefully to make sure all products are inside the box and that none of them suffered damages. If you discover the damage after opening the box, do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise, as examination by the carrier’s inspectors may be necessary.
Returns must include a Return Authorization Code otherwise they will be refused. Please keep your return's tracking information handy until you receive your refund. This is the return address:
